Turkey/ Onion Patties

INGREDIENTS:

2 lb Ground Turkey

1 Tbsp Ghee

2 Large Eggs

1.5 cups Chopped onions

3/4 cup Organic Tomato Sauce

Black Pepper to taste

1 Tbsp Smoked Paprika

 

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven 400 degrees.

Saute onions with the ghee.  Cool.  In a large bowl mix all ingredients and seasonings well.

Divide into patties and place on parchment paper lined baking sheets.

Bake 40-45 min or until meat is fully cooked.  Cooking time varies depending on size of patties.  Do not over bake or they will be dry.
