Pan Seared Salmon
Simple version
6 salmon filet, NOT frozen
2 Tbl liquid aminos
2 Tbl organic coconut oil
1 teasp celery salt
1 teasp red pepper flakes
½ teasp black pepper
2 teasp paprika
In a small bowl mix all DRY seasonings.
Melt coconut oil in pan.
Place salmon fillets in pan SKIN SIDE UP!
Drizzle 1 Tblsp amino over fish.
Sprinkle half of seasoning mixture.
Saute on med to med high approx. 3/4 min.
FLIP fish and drizzle with 1 Tblsp amino and sprinkle with seasoning mixture to taste.
Saute another 5 minutes. Salmon is done when it flakes easily.
