Keto Snack Bars


2 cups keto granola ( I use ProGranola.)
1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped
1/2 cup mixed seeds (I use pumpkin and sunflower.)
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips of choice (I use Lily’s, sweetened with stevia.)
1/2 cup sticky sweetener of choice (I used a monk fruit sweetened maple syrup.)
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 cup almond butter


1. In a large mixing bowl, add your granola, mixed nuts, and seeds and mix well. Set aside.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, combine your keto chocolate chips, sticky sweetener, coconut oil, and
almond butter. Heat until melted.
3. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the dry and mix until fully incorporated.
4. Pour the bar batter in a lined 10 x 10-inch pan. Using a spatula, spread out to an even layer. Refrigerate
for at least 30 minutes, before slicing into bars.

Keep refrigerated.
